CAREGIVERS PROCESS
Step 1: You fill out an application!
Step 2: We’ll review your application and setup next steps to gather your resume/credentials and references.
Step 3: We’ll set up a virtual interview with you, after vetting your references, and discuss compatibility and your expectations.
Step 4: Once we’ve chatted and reviewed your references, we’ll conduct a background check (no cost to you). We will then share your resume, references and information with potential families.
Step 5: Then, you’ll meet with the families that we think will align best with your needs. If you end up being a good match and both parties are aligned on the terms, we will provide you with a sample employment agreement to help you formalize the arrangement.
Step 6: We're here for you every step of the way, even after you’re placed. If you have any questions or need support, we're always here to help.
