• Verbal Offer & Trial Guidance: We'll guide you through making a verbal offer and setting up a successful trial period.

• Professional Work Agreement: You'll receive a work agreement template written by a household employment law attorney to formalize the arrangement.

• Ongoing Support: We offer on-demand referrals for babysitting and back-up care, discounted rates for future placements, and prioritized service for returning clients.

• 60-Day Placement Guarantee: We stand by our placements with a 60-day guarantee. If the placement doesn't work out within that time, we will find a replacement for you.
